The MORELLO plant is established at the township of
Derecine which is situated in an area of Turkey that has one of the best
natural scenery and fertile land, where the world -famous "Morello"
cherries are produced.
The firm GOLDEN A.Ş.
has bought the plant in 1991 and placed it into operation, by expanding
and modernizing the existing facilities

For the MORELLO plant, respect for nature, preservation
of the quality and characteristics of fruit and hygiene are the
alphabet of production.

Some of the machinery available in the
MORELLO plant, which is equipped with the
latest technology, includes ultra - filtration equipment, Bucher press,
belt presses, APV evaporators, Volpak made fruit juice filling line,
storage tanks, shocking and storage facilities under -18 degree C with a
capacity of 2500 tons, pulp lines etc.

Through our project actualized by our firm for the first time in
Turkey, juice that is not harmful to health,
that does not contain any additives, that has a
long shelf life and that is aseptic has been
produced.
Our products are produced in completely natural ways and
physical production methods using the latest technology and
equipments. With the process of pasteurization our products are
bottled without using any additives and with a long shelf life.
While conserving the most natural state of the fruits,
vitamin-mineral-color components are reflected to the final
product as highest level. The juice is not exhausted by hot-cold
ups and downs.
 As it is filled into hygienic PET bottles that are appropriate
for food grade,healthy products are obtained. The bottles are
disposable. As the bottles are not oxygen permeable, the product
does not loose its sterility. The PET bottle has many advantages
over other types of packaging on the market. In comparison to
the other types of packaging the risk of breaking, getting wet,
getting crushed, tearing or taking air is low, even
non-existent. PET can be used over and over again for different
purposes by being grinded and is environmentally friendly with
its recoverability.
The product will
conserve its naturalness throughout its shelf life aseptically
in the PET packaging. Drinking from it is easy and convenient
for the consumer. It carries no risk of harming human health.
The closures open easily and the handling of the bottle is light
and ergonomic. As an alternative to glass bottles, the PET
bottle is non-recyclable and it is disposable, the bottle can
not be refilled. The consumer will purchase the product by
easily seeing it in the transparent bottles. The trends around
the world are moving towards naturalness, health, hygiene,
simplicity and environmentalism. We wish that Turkish people
also know about these trends and innovations, and that they meet
our products as soon as possible. Our project is the FIRST in
Turkey in terms of our people being able to easily reach our
healthy, completely natural juices that contain no additives and
people of all ages being able to consume it healthy. With this
project, Golden Juices has initiated another innovation as
number one in Turkey by supplying every corner of Turkey and
around the world with the highest quality of the juices.
